Your organization scored 60 or below. Our recommendation is to reread Soundboard Leadership or to purchase it if you haven’t already done so. It is a quick read (because we live in a sound bite world) where you can gain a valuable understanding and a refreshing new perspective on the entire subject of leadership that will share proven methods for you to get started on the right path to solving your organization’s leadership challenges. If improving your organization’s results is part of your responsibility this book can help. Onward and upward!

You scored between 61-80. You have some great leadership strengths within your organization. Our recommendation when working with organizations similar to yours is to step back and evaluate how you are setting up your contributors to succeed. Do you have the processes in place to allow all your contributors to become leaders? We don’t mean in the traditional sense of promoting everyone into a manager or leadership role and putting a title behind their names. However, what we do mean is, does your organization have the processes in place so every member of the company feels valued, they don’t fear taking risks, and there is a process for them to share ideas for improvement because they are living the job every day for your organization? Are you including them in part of your planning process? These are the areas we would suggest you review if you have a desire to score in 80-100 ranges. Good luck!

Congratulations! You scored over 80. You and your leadership team are doing a number of things really well! You clearly understand that people are indeed your greatest asset and you know you need a vision, core values, a mission, and an operational or strategic plan to manage your organizational path to success. It has been our experience that organizations that are in this category are always looking for the next mountain to climb. We wish you great success!
